| 摘 要： | 文章对区域创新体系理论进行探讨,介绍了广西区域创新体系建设的基本情况以及存在的主要问题,并提出建立完善的创新制度、全面发展以企业为主体的产学研合作模式、吸引风险投资进入科研领域、提升中介机构的综合服务水平、加快产业集群化进程和高度重视政府推动作用等6项建议。

| Abstract: | The article expounds the theory about regional innovation system,introduces the profile of the construction of Guangxi regional innovation system and the problems in it,and puts forward six suggestion,which are building a perfect innovation system,developing the mode of enterprise-oriented Industry-Academy-Cooperation,introducing risky investment into scientific and technological research field,improving the comprehensive services of agency organizations,expediting the process of industry clusters and attaching the importance to the promotion role played by governments. |
