谈《招标投标法》是遏制工程项目腐败现象的有力武器

改革开放以来,我国经济生活和社会生活发生了巨大变化,在计划经济向市场经济转变及社会转型的过程中,腐败现象在一些行业异常活跃。在我国社会主义现代化建设进程中,腐败行为最有可能葬送我国改革开放所取得的一切成果,阻碍经济起飞,延误现代化进程。文章认为,在工程项目建设中,国家出台的《招标投标法》是遏制工程项目腐败现象的有力武器。

Some Discussions on why Law on Public Bidding is the Most Effective Weapon on Project Corruption

Since the reform and opening up,fundamental changes have been made in China＇s social and economic aspects while corruption remain rampant in some industries when China is transforming from a planed economy to a market -based one.With respect to China＇s modernization drive,corruption is the most possible factor that reclaims our achievements,disrupt economic development and delay modernization.The article believes that Law on Public Bidding enacted by the government,is the most effective weapon on project corruption.
