检察机关作为国家法律监督机关,不仅肩负着查办职务犯罪的法律监督职能,还担负着预防职务犯罪的重要职责。文章结合检察工作实际,积极探索预防职务犯罪的新模式,着重论述了预防职务犯罪的重要意义及在开展该项工作中存在的问题,并进一步就全面履行法律监督职能,深化预防职务犯罪工作,从源头治理职务犯罪,推进三项重点工作,不断开创检察事业的新局面等方面提出见解。

To Further Prevent Crime by Taking Advantages of Duty and Promote Three Important Jobs

As state organs for legal supervision,procuratorial organs shoulder the function of not only investigating and judging duty crime,but also preventing them.Combining with the procuratorial practice,the article explores new modes for preventing duty crime and puts an emphasis on illustrating the importance of prevention and the problems confronted in practice.It also puts forward opinions on performing the overall legal supervision function,furthering prevention,and dealing with duty crime from the begging,promoting three important jobs and developing new situations for procuratorial cause.
