| 摘 要： | 工程造价的预算审核是合理确定工程造价的必要程序及重要手段,在基本建设中起着承上启下的作用,具有举足轻重的地位。如何才能又好又快地做好工程造价的预算审核工作,达到有效控制工程造价的目的,保证项目目标管理的实现？笔者结合多年从事工程造价管理工作的经验,对工程造价预算审核工作进行探讨。
