从2008年大洪水看南宁市防洪能力

摘    要:文章对南宁市上游梯级水电站建成后的实际防洪能力,未来建成的左江龙头水库平而关水电站和南宁市老口水电站共同拦洪调度的防洪能力,以及老口青秀2座水电站的设计洪水流量,建筑物长度、宽度、高度及库区淹没赔偿款数额,邕江、浔江及左右江沿岸几百公里的土地开发高程和布局进行了探讨。

Nanning Flood Control Capability in the View of 2008 Flood

Abstract:The article expounds the real Nanning flood control capability after the construction of Nanning Upper Reaches Hydropower Station completed,and its joint flood control capability for flood retention and dispatching with Ping'erguan Hydropower Station at Zuo River Longtou Reservoir,which is under construction.In addition,the designed volume of flood of Laokou Hydropower Station and Qingxiu Hydropower Station are elaborated.The article also provides insights into the construction's length,width,height and the amount of compensation in flooding reservoir areas and the land development and layout of Yong River,Xue River and hundreds kilometers of land around You River and Zuo River.
