| Abstract: | The article lays an emphasis on the explanation of the cost management and control in design phase,stresses that we should attach the importance to personnel＇s comprehensive quality cultivation in engineering design phase and introduce competitive and incentive mechanism.In addition,it also sets forth some measures to control and manage the costs in design phase,such as quota design,setting up design supervision. |
