摘    要:工资集体协商是当前调整劳动关系、深化企业分配制度改革的重要手段。文章为基层工会推行工资集体协商,实现劳资双赢献策,以期促进企业劳动关系和谐发展。

Abstract:Collective negotiation of salary is an importance way to adjust labor relations and deepen the reform of distribution system.The article contributes strategies for the introduction of collective negotiation of salary among grass-roots labor unions to realize win-win result for employees and employers,hoping to promote the harmonious development of labor relations.
