| 摘 要： | 水电企业大部分都远离繁华的都市。在交通发达和信息网络高度发展的今天,生产一线职工的思想发生了变化。文章分析了水电生产一线职工的5种需求,提出了做好水电生产一线职工思想政治工作的3种设想,以供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Most hydropower enterprises locate far away from prosperous cities.Today,we have the developed transportation and information networks,the ideas and thoughts of the staff in the production front line have changed.The article analyzes five needs of hydropower staff in the production front line,and sets forth three assumptions about how to do a good job in their ideological work. |
