摘 要: | 企业文化作为人力资源管理的理念基础,为人力资源管理的具体实践指明了方向和具体操作领域;而人力资源管理的具体实践又会反过来提升并完善企业文化。总之,企业文化和人力资源管理以企业中的人为中心,相互交织在一起,并在相互交织中影响着企业的发展。
