关于中国土地改革工作的思考与建议

本文首先封中国的土地改革运动进行了回顾，并封“反对和平土改”的“左”倾机会主义思潮所造成的损害作了介绍，然後又通过封时代变迁及经济理论发展的分析，引出了两位博士生所提出的疑问（即在土地改革中封地主的土地采用徵收的办法更适合些，而采用没收的办法其理由不够充分）及所表达的观点（若在土改中没收地主的土地理由不够充分，可在以後适当的时候封此问题再进行说明。并进行象徵性的补偿），最後本文又指出，封上面提出的问题需继续进行研究，并建议有关领导部门组织人力以课题组的形式封土改问题进行深入研究：

Thought and suggestion about Chinese land reform

This paper firstly carries on the review to Chinese land reform movement, and introduces the harm caused by the “opposition peace land reform” and “left” opportunism ideological trend. Then through the vicissitude and economic theory development analysis, it has drawn out the question which two doctors proposed （Namely it is more appropriate to levy landlord＇s land in the land reform than to confiscate） and opinions （if the reason levying landlord＇s land in the land reform is not sufficient, it may give the explanation at the suitable time in the future and landlord could get the symbolic compensation）. Finally this paper points out that the question raised above needs further research, and suggest that the concerned leader department should organize the manpower to study the land reform question by the form of topic-based group.
