浙江省高职院校英语教师“双师型”团队建设调查与反思

结合高职教育和英语学科的特点,对浙江省高职院校英语教师“双师型”团队建设的现状进行抽样调查,发现英语“双师型”老师比例偏低;“双师型”教师队伍缺乏质量保障;“双师型”教师未发挥应有的作用;“双师型”教师的评聘制度亟待完善。因此,应建立以社会为本位,多渠道、个性化的高职英语教师职后培训体系;淡化理论课教师和实践课教师以及公共英语教师和专业英语教师的界限;开展产学研活动,不断提高英语教师的“双师”素养。

Investigation of the Construction on Dual Qualified English Teachers' Team in Zhejiang's Higher Vocational Colleges and Relevant Thoughts

Combining the features of higher vocational education and English subject, the author makes a sample survey on the present situations of the construction on ＂dual qualified＂ English teachers＇ team in Zhejiang＇s higher vocational coUeges and finds out that there are only a small pmporlion of＂dual qualified＂ English teachers, the ＂dual qualified＂ teachers＇ team lacks quality guarantee, the ＂dual qualified＂ teachers can not fully play their roles and the relevant assessment as well as employment system needs to be optimized. Therefore, we should establish multi-channel and individualized post-service training system for English teachers in higher vocational colleges with society orientation, blur the distinction between teachers teaching theoretical cotuses and those teaching practical courses as well as the distinction between teachers teaching pubfic English and those teaching specialized English and we should also carry out production, teaching and research activities to enhance English teachers＇ ＂dual qualifications＂ constantly.
