| 摘 要： | 中国的京哈—京广铁路线、沿海经济带、乌鲁木齐至广州的铁路线和黄河、长江、珠江以及京包—包兰铁路线正好形成"三纵四横型"的经济增长布局。实行"三纵四横型"的经济增长布局,不仅有利于统筹城乡和区域发展,而且有利于生态环境的建设,实现可持续发展。因此,应该通过基础设施的建设、制度的创新和产业集群的形成,突破行政区划界限和区域内外部的合作等措施促进三纵四横型的经济增长布局的尽快形成与发展。
