| Abstract: | The poverty areas of Gansu province have many constraining factors about the solution to the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers: fragile ecological environment,weak industrial and agricultural basic,low average per capita income,inadequate local financial resources.It is a prerequisite of constructing new countryside to study the every factor and find out the key one as well as to adjust measures to local conditions. |
