Contemporary Financial Analysis:Scope,Approach and Paradigms

The article examines the scope and basic questions associated with the knowledge of finance analysis ; makes distinction between monetary and financial analysis ; discusses the origins of contemporary financial analysis ; debates the formation of new - classical finance ; evaluates the framework of contemporary finance and thus explains the value theory for the rise of behavioral finance. Its purpose is to provide a synopsis for the study and education of contemporary finance with respect to its framework, historical evolution and future tendency, so that we could have a reference -frame for the reconstruction of the system of finance under the environment of the 21st century.
