| 摘 要： | 心理素质就是以自我意识发展为核心，由积极的与社会的发展相统一的价值观所导致的由智力因素和非智力因素有机结合的复合整体，是人的素质结构的核心因素，是贯穿人的素质各部分能动地发展主体自身的内部根据。心理素质是政治素质、思想道德素质的基础和核心。一个人各项素质的形成和发展，只有最终转化为心理素质，才具有稳定性和坚定性。

| Abstract: | Psychological quality is centered in self-awareness development. It is the combination of intelligent and non-intelligent elements that resulted from active society development value concept. It is the center of human beings' qualities and throughout all the parts of qualities, the inside basis of self-development. Psychological qualities are the basis of political and moral qualities. Other qualities should change into psychological qualities and keep stability and firmness. |
