| Abstract: | At the first anniversary of the establishment of Wenzhou comprehensive financial reform experimental area, this paper first reviews the background, process and meaning of the establishment of Wenzhou comprehensive financial reform experimental area, then focuses on the analysis of the achievements and problems of Wenzhou comprehensive financial reform experimental area during the past year, at last puts forward suggestions for promoting the reform and development of the financial industry in Wenzhou. |
