摘    要:中国传媒业推行集团化发展战略已有十多年历程,但中国传媒集团建设尚处于浅层次的并购重组这一起步阶段,要想进一步增强实力,赢得竞争优势,实现做大做强的目标,在文化制胜的竞争趋势下,就必须对原有企业文化进行整合提升,构建一个强大的企业文化有机体系,为未来战略的成功实施奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract:Conglomeration strategy has been carried out for about ten years in China media industry,but Chinese media groups are just in the basic step of reconstruction.In order to strengthen its competitive force,win the advantages and achieve the goal of being larger and stronger in the trend of culture subduing,the present enterprise culture have to be improved,and a strong organic system of enterprise culture have to be established for the future success.
