| 摘 要： | 现代企业面临着越来越激烈的全球竞争,电子商务作为其顺应信息时代的经营方式和竞争手段已经被越来越多的企业所采用。现代企业面临的商业竞争环境,要求电子商务对现代企业保持竞争力的作用,因此有必要采用构建一个通用的现代企业电子商务系统架构模型。

| Abstract: | Today's enterprises are facing intense competition. Being a business as well as a competition method,electronic commerce is adopted by many enterprises to excel in this information era.This paper analyzes the business circumstance and the enterprises' responses,and how EC helps enterprises maintain their competitive advantages.It then presents a common infrastructure model of EC for today's modern enterprises. |
