市场营销专业教学模式与学生能力转化关系的实证研究

伴随着知识经济时代的到来,市场对市场营销从业人员的素质要求将越来越全面,复合型和创新性人才将越来越适应市场需求。面对这种演变趋势,作为市场营销专业人才培养和输出机构的高等学校不得不积极探索科学有效的市场营销专业教学模式,以适应时代变迁之需求。在此基础上,实证研究了市场营销专业不同教学模式对于促进学生能力转化的效果,并进一步探索了市场营销专业的目标教学模式。

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Teaching Modes of the Marketing and the Improvement of Students' Qualities

With the advent of the knowledge-based economy, the staffs of Marketing have to improve their qualities so as to meet the demand of employers. The requirements for the marketing employees are increasingly becoming generalist and creativity. Facing the evolutionary tendency, colleges or universities, as one of the institutions for educating the talents of Marketing, will have to retrospect and adjust its model of teaching to meet the new demands. Thus, the paper tries to empirically study the effects of different teaching models of the Marketing on the improvement of students' qualities. Based on the above, the target-teaching mode of the Marketing is also explored. For the Marketing, the target mode of teaching will be the teaching mode of "case teaching plus modularization plus computer-aided technology".
