| Abstract: | The supply chain system studied in the paper consists of one supplier, one manufacturer and one retailer. When faced with stochastic market demand, coordination is possible with revenue sharing contract under some settings. Yet, this coordination may be impaired by an emergent event which results in demand disruption. In this paper, an optimal strategy for supply chain to deal with the disruption is given, and an improved revenue sharing contract that has anti-disruption ability is proposed. |
