中国和美国服务业出口竞争力比较分析

本文在界定服务业出口竞争力评价体系的基础上,对中、美两国服务业出口竞争力进行了4个方面的比较分析。通过比较两国服务业净出口额、服务业出口国际市场占有率、服务业贸易竞争优势指数和服务贸易显性比较优势指数4个指标得出:美国在技术密集型的服务业上有极强的出口竞争力,而中国在技术密集型服务业上具有显性比较劣势,并且中国在传统服务业运输和旅游业上的出口竞争力在逐渐减弱,但是中国技术密集型服务业的出口竞争力在增强。最后,本文借助波特的"钻石模型"对中国和美国服务业出口竞争力进行了进一步分析并提出了相应的对策建议。

A Comparative Analysis on Export Competitiveness of Service Industrybetween China and the United States

China has long term trade deficit in its service sector;on the contrary,there is a large trade surplus in the same sector for the US and other developed countries.This article gives a comparative analysis of service export competiveness between China and on the basis of defining the evaluation system on export competitiveness in service export.By comparing the absolute indicator and three relative indicators,namely,the two countries’ net exports,international market share of service exports,trade competitiveness index and revealed comparative advantage index,the paper concludes that the United States has a strong export competitiveness in technologyintensive services,while China has a relative comparative disadvantage in technology-intensive services,but its export competitiveness is growing.China’s export competitiveness of the tourism service sector and transport service sector is gradually weakened.Finally,according to the conclusions of comparative analysis,the paper proposes some suggestions.
