| 摘 要： | 可持续发展的实质是代际公平。鉴于农业在我国的重要地位，研究农村代际公平问题具有重大意义。从历史和现实来看，农村代际公平随制度变迁而不断变化。影响农村代际公平的因素包括经济制度和社会制度两大方面。为了促进农村代际公平，需进行合理的制度安排。

| Abstract: | The essence of sustainable development is the intergenerational impartiality. As an important position of agriculture in our country, there is great significance in studying rural intergenerational impartiality. Viewed from the perspective of history and present, the variation of rural intergenerational impartiality is characterized by the change of institution. The factors that influence the rural intergenerational impartiality include economic institution and social institution. In order to promote the rural intergenerational impartiality, reasonable institution should be established. |
