高压软管总成扣压技术的创新与研究

摘    要:通过改进内胶配方,把白炭黑用量调整为15份,内胶硬度提高,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率相对较高,回弹性也达到扣压时所要求的最佳状态;控制好软管接头装配精度,即扣压量的大小:磨胶的长度、坡度、骨架层要依据准确的壁厚进行适量的扣压。从而达到提高高压软管总成扣压质量的目的。

Abstract:By the improvement of the rubber formulation, this paper adjusted the weight percent of the precipitated silica to 15 percent, which enhance the rubber hardness, and make tensile strength, elongation at break became relatively high , the elasticity also achieve the best condition that required when withhold; control well the assembly precision of hose connector, that is the size of withheld amount : the length, gradient, skeleton layer of grinding plastic thickness must according to accurate thickness conduct an appropriate amount of withholding, so as to enhance the quality of high pressure hose assembly withholding.
