| 摘 要： | 2004年3月随着我国第一个专业性农业保险公司被批准筹建,农业保险的制度建设已经进入一个新的阶段,但有关该制度建设的一些理论和实际问题并未完全明确,这些问题的明确对于农业保险制度的建立和实际操作至关重要。本文主要讨论了政策性农业保险的模式选择,政策性农业保险经营主体的适宜性,政策性农业保险的财政补贴问题以及政策性农业保险由谁监管等,提出了一些看法和建议。

| Abstract: | Chinese agricultural insurance has turned a new page in history since the first specialized agricul-tural insurance company won approval to start preparations to set up the firm. But some theoretic and practicalproblems remain unsolved, which is critical for the establishment and operation of agricultural insurance system.This paper discusses the selection of institutional modes, feasibility of operating body, financial subsidy and regula-tion of policy - oriented agricultural insurance. |
