商业银行信贷营销客户经理绩效考评办法探索

摘    要:客户经理的信贷营销绩效考评对于真实客观地反映信贷营销客户经理的工作成果,充分调动信贷营销客户经理的工作积极性,提高信贷营销绩效是非常必要的,它是信贷营销客户经理管理的一个非常重要的环节。现行的信贷营销客户经理绩效考评办法还不能比较客观、公平、合理地评价客户经理的信贷营销绩效,针对现行考评办法存在的缺陷,本文运用模糊综合评价方法和目标管理原理,提出了信贷营销客户经理绩效考评综合评价模型,并指出了运用该模型应注意解决的相关问题。

Abstract:Assessing the performance of customer managers for credit marketing is absolutely necessary to showcase their achievement, stimulate their enthusiasm for work and improve their performance. It is an importance link in the management of customer manager for credit marketing. However, the current assessment method is far from being objective, fair and reasonable. Therefore, a model for comprehensive assessment is proposed using a fussy comprehensive evaluation approach and the principle of target management. Problems likely to occur in the use of this model are discussed.
