| 摘 要： | 回顾了全球生态文明的发展历程,《寂静的春天》《增长的极限》《我们共同的未来》三本著作和人类环境大会、环境与发展大会、可持续发展世界首脑会议三个会议具有划时代意义。从两种理论视角和两种文明维度,阐述了生态文明的内涵、认识差异及基本共识。对于中国而言,建设生态文明需要大力发展现代林业。林业在维护生态平衡、发展低碳经济、繁荣生态文化、促进文明进步、在应对气候变化中肩负着重要而特殊的任务与使命。指出了我国林业发展与建设生态文明存在很大差距,推进现代林业发展需要在思想观念、宏观战略及政策保障等方面取得突破。
