| 摘 要： | 始于1978年的改革开放是一场全方位的制度变迁。它使社会主义经济焕发活力的同时，也成为拉大居民收入差距的重要原因。制度变迁过程中出现的对于制度变迁反映速度的差距和方式的不同、制度不完善、制度变迁的不确定性、获取制度变迁收益与承担制度变迁成本上的不对称都对居民收入差距产生了重要的影响。

| Abstract: | In fact,the reform and opening policy since 1978 is an institutional change in many fields.Because of the in- stitutional change,the national economy has been developing consistently and the living standards of the residents both in the rural and urban areas have risen greatly.At the same time,the institutional change has become one of the important reasons that the residents' income difference has become large. |
