| Abstract: | Due to the causes of the economic system changing,the industry structure adjusting and the technol- ogy upgrading, the problem of a large number unemployment in the state -owned enterprises had being e- merged. For solving the problem, we ought to deepen our understanding, and at the same time to take the mat- ter seriously and put more attention to the task of extending full employment opportunities. |
