新疆医疗保险制度存在的问题及对策

职工医疗保险制度自1950年代实施以来,对于保障职工身体健康、减轻职工的个人和家庭负担、提高全民族的健康水平等起到了积极作用。但随着我国改革开放的不断深入,传统的公费医疗和劳保医疗制度的弊端逐渐显露出来。本文分析了新疆医疗保险制度的现状和存在的问题,提出应加大对医疗保险制度的改革,建立有中国特色的医疗保险制度。

The Problems and Solutions of Xinjiang Medical Insurance System

Since the implementation of medical insurance system in1950s,it has played important role in protection of the welfare of workers,reduction in the burden on individuals and families,and improvement of the health of the whole nation.However,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening-up,the transition of planned economy to market economy,the defects of the traditional government-favored medical care and labor insurance system gradually revealed.This paper first analyzed current medical insurance system defects in Xinjiang,then proposes that more efforts should be put into the reform of medical insurance system to establish a medical insurance system characteristic of China.
