| 摘 要： | 物流的本质是服务，如何实现高效、快捷、准确、安全、经济的物流服务，直接影响物流企业的生存和发展。因此，提升物流企业的服务质量，是当前物流企业亟待解决的重大问题。从物流企业的实际出发，从可操作性的角度提出了强化物流服务质量意识、构建全新的物流服务质量管理体系、细化管理、积极采用先进的物流技术等提高物流服务质量的对策。

| Abstract: | Service is the essential of logistics.It directly influences the survival and development of logistics enterprises that how to realize quick efficient and exact economical logistics service.Hence how to improve logistics enterprise's service quality is an important issue which is urgently in need of solution.This paper starting form the practice of logistics enterprise,proposes operable strategies to improve the logistics service quality,such as enforce the consciousness of service quality,build fire-new logistics service quality management systems,specify management,adopt advanced logistics technology,etc. |
