流域分质水资源量的供需平衡

摘    要:论述进行流域分质水资源量供需平衡分析的重要性,提出分析的思路和方法:将各类用水户的取水量和对水质的要求与取水地点的实际可供水量和水质对比,计算各类水的余缺.以太湖流域1998年现状用水情况为例进行分析,结果说明由于水的重复利用率高和可从长江引水补充,流域当年不存在水量型缺水问题.但水质型缺水情况还比较严重,不仅缺Ⅲ类水,而且也缺Ⅴ类水.对上述方法在规划条件下的推广应用进行了讨论.

Abstract:The significance of research of the demand supply balance of water resources of different qualities is discussed, and a specific research method is put forward. The key point of the method is to compare the volumes of water of different qualities taken by water users with the volumes of water resources available in the same region, so as to obtain the information on shortage or surplus of water of different qualities. Then, an analysis is made of the volume of water consumption in 1998 in the Taihu Lake Basin. The result shows that, owing to the high rate of water reuse and water diversion from the Yangtze River, the problem in water volume does not exist, but the water quality induced water shortage is very serious: the water of grade III and grade V is lacked. Furthermore, the application of the above method to planning is discussed.
