摘    要:文章阐述了企业社会责任的基本内涵,并从不同的学科角度分析了社会责任的含义。探讨了企业社会责任已经成为在经济全球化背景下的一种竞争优势资源,建议在全球化和市场竞争不断加剧的环境下,我国企业应积极研究和承担社会责任,改善企业不合理生产状况与管理制度,提高自身竞争

Abstract:The paper discusses the annotation of social responsibility, and analyzes the meaning of social responsibility based on different subjects. It studies that social responsibility has become a competitive advantage resource under the background of economic globalization. The paper also suggests that Chinese enterprises should study and carry the social responsibilities positively under the conditions of increasing competition and improve the enterprises' unreasonable production situation and the management system to improve its international competitive ability.
