浅析企业财务风险的评估与防控措施

财务风险存在于企业财务活动的各个环节,因此对其的认识和防范就成为了企业时时刻刻面临着的重大课题。本文从财务风险的概念出发,结合笔者的实践经验,分析了企业财务风险产生的原因、财务风险的基本特征及评估因素,并在此基础上提出了有效降低财务风险的一系列防控措施,以期帮助企业在现有的经济环境下,安全地提高经济效益。

Discussion on Corporation Financial Risk Assessment and Control Measures

The awareness and prevention for financial risk in an important issue which is faced by businesses and exists every steps of enterprise's financial activities. Combining with practical experience, starting from the concept of financial risk, this paper analyses the cause of the financial risks, and its basic characteristics and evaluation factors, and proposes a series of measures reducing the financial risk to help enterprises to improve their efficiency in the present economic environment.
