| 摘 要： | 政府信息公开是现代民主政治的内在要求,是人民主权和公民知情权的具体体现。加强政府信息公开对于建立廉洁、高效的政府具有重要意义。加强政府信息公开已成为一种世界潮流。在我国,政府信息公开尚存在许多不足,难以满足公众的信息需求。为此,应当进一步加强信息公开立法,并建立与之相配套的机制和措施,以推动我国政府信息公开。

| Abstract: | Government information publicity is vital to democratic politics,reflecting people s sovereignty and right to know.Strengthening government information publicity is the cornerstone to establish an honest and efficient government and has become a trend all over the world.In China,however,government information publicity is still to be improved.Therefore we should issue relevant rules and set up a corresponding mechanism and measures so as to improve government information publicity. |
