| 摘 要： | 在我国经济迅速发展过程中，当务之急是加快企业信用管理制度的建设，而建立整体良好的信用环境则是必须解决的重要问题．文章探讨如何优化企业信用管理的制度环境，即道德环境、法制环境、技术环境、社会环境等外部环境，以减少道德风险，降低交易成本，提升企业核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | In the course of China＇s rapid economic development, it is imperative to speed up construction of management system of enterprise vredih while establishing a good credit environment as a whole is the important issures needing to solve. This article discusses how to oplimize system environment of enterprise credit management, namely moral environment, legal environment, technologieal environment, social environment and external environment, in order to reduce moral hazard, decrease transaction costs and enhance the core competitiveuess of enterprises. |
