摘    要:IT产业知识型员工职业周期的循环重复、弹性可变等特点,使其成为IT产业知识型员工职业生涯管理策略制订与实施的重要影响因素之一。基于现有研究,结合IT产业知识型员工职业周期特点,提出基于职业周期的IT产业知识型员工职业生涯管理策略。

Career Management Strategies for IT Industry Knowledge-based Employees Basing on Career Cycle

Abstract:IT industry knowledge-based employees' career cycle' s characteristics, such as circulation, repetition, flexibility and alterability, make them become part of the most important influencing factors in establishing and implementing career management strategies for IT lndustry knowledge-based employees. Based on the current study, this paper, ccmsidering the characteristics of IT industry knowledge-based employees' career cycle, comes tip with career management strategies basing on career cycle for IT industry knowledge-based employees.
