| 摘 要： | 中小企业在我国在未来经济的可持续发展过程中将会起到越来越重要的积极推动作用，但融资困难的问题仍然是困扰其进一步发展壮大的重要制约因素。从中小企业融资难的现状入手，分析影响我国中小企业融资难的障碍成因，并据此提出相应的针对性的治理策略。

| Abstract: | The small and medium-sized enterprises will play a more and more important and positive impetus in the course of economic sustainable development in future in Cbina, but the problem of financing difficulty is still in the way of their further development. Starling from the current financing difficulty facing small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the barrier factors affecting small and medium-sized enterprises＇ financing in China, and brings forward corresponding tactics to handle them. |
