异质型人力资本报酬递增本质——兼与丁栋虹教授商榷

摘    要:在分析异质型人力资本概念提出过程中的缺陷基础上,指出异质型人力资本的报酬递增的涵义本质上是适应分工、专业化趋势,人的知识、技能的积累和实现。从丰富人力资本理论角度来看,如果需要一个表征人力资本结构或人力资本主导形态随经济报酬递增动态过程而演进、变迁的概念,那么异质型人力资本概念的提出是对人力资本理论的深化,它反映了人力资本结构演进与经济发展的契合机制,从而具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract:Based on reviews of idiosyncratic human capital, this paper indicates that the essence of idiosyncratic human capital is implementation and accumulation of people' s knowledge and technology according to the trend of division of labor and specialization. From the perspective of the theory of human capital, putting forward the concept of idiosyncratic human capital means development of the theory of human eapitah It has important significance of theory and reality.
