| 摘 要： | 新农村建设是农村第二次飞跃式发展的有效路径。近年来，兰州新农村建设使农村经济实现了长足、快速、稳步地发展，农民的生活水平不断提高，有许多经验值得借鉴。但同时调查也表明，制约农村经济发展的瓶颈以及影响农村稳定和持续繁荣的因素依然很多，社会主义新农村建设还有许多新的问题和情况亟待解决，新农村建设任重而道远。

| Abstract: | New countryside construction is a second leap of rural development. In recent years, the construction of new rural in Lanzhou Province facilitates rural economy to develop rapidly and steadily and improves the living standard of the farmers. There is a lot of experi ence worth learning from. But at the same time the survey also shows that there are also many constraints and bottlenecks affecting rural economic development and prosperity. Many new problems still need resolving and the new countryside construction has a long way to go. |
