| 摘 要： | 在当前和谐社会构建的大环境下，企业如何正确认识和处理自身面临的各种关系，力求在和谐社会构建过程中发挥其应有作用，实现企业经营与社会发展的相互协调和相互促进。文章从纵向时间维度和横向关系维度构建起一整套全新的企业关系管理研究框架．对不同层次企业面临的各种关系进行系统性归纳和分析，对和谐社会构建大背景下的现代企业经营具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstance of construction of harmonious society, how to correctly understand and manage all kinds of relationships faced by enterprise in order to balance the management of enterprise and the development of society has become an important issue to modern enterprise management. Hence, this article constructs a new study framework of relationship management of enterprise from two dimensions and hopes to provide some useful references for modern enterprise management. |
