It is conducive to take full advantage of regional resources, regional strengths, to increase economic benefits of regional industry, and enhance regional economic advantage. The entire economic structure of the industrial structure is in the dominant position, and its changing has a decisive impact on economic growth. Quantitative study on that changing of the industrial structure will bring benefits for the economy is a very difficult task. However, with shift-share analysis, we can analyze the all industries＇ changes that make contributions to the economy.
