Intel declared that it would invest USS2.5 billion to build 12-inch CMOS Chip Processing Factory in Dalian in March. 2007. It will promote chip's upper and lower industries to form an IT hardware industry complex, which will make Dalian the biggest integrated circuit Industrial base in China.
