| Abstract: | Based on the idea of sustainable development, the meaning essence and society function of green science and technology is introduced in this paper. The negative effect of science and technology to environment is analyzed. Some advices of effective adjusted laws are put forward, which meet with the demand of science and technology development fit in with environment needs. |
