| 摘 要： | 目的 优选黄芪西洋参口服液的最佳提取工艺条件.方法 以总皂苷含量为指标,对影响提取的重要因素 A 加水量,B 提取次数,C 提取时间进行 L9(34)正交试验设计.结果 与结论最佳提取工艺为药材加 6 倍量水,提取 2 次,提取 1.5h/次,优选得到的工艺稳定可行.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the best extraction process of Astragalus membranaceus American gineseng oral solution.Methods Using the orthogonal design which contained 3 factors(amount of water;extracted times;extracted hour)and 3 levels to detemine the content of total saponins as the index of evaluation.Results and conclusion The optimum conditions for the extraction of total saponins were 6 times of water,extracted twice and each time lasted 1.5 hours.The extraction process was stable and usable. |
