| 摘 要： | 随着劳务派遣用工模式在我国的迅猛发展,其中所出现的社会保障问题也应予以关注。改革开放以来,针对劳务派遣的社会保障政策经历了从无到有、从单一到多元、从分散到集中的发展过程。在现实生活中,对社会保障政策的逆向选择、保障的灵活性和公平性等问题却在劳务派遣领域十分突出。因此,政府应顺应劳动力市场变化,树立灵活、弹性的保障理念,从法规制度建设、管理机制创新和构造良好社会氛围三方面着手,以期实现社会保障问题的破解。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of labor dispatch in China,much attention should be paid to the issue of social security aroused accordingly.The reform and opening policy which has witnessed the development of social security has grown out of nothing,from single to variety,from scattering to centralizing.In real life,there are some conspicuous social security problems in labor dispatch,such as the adverse selecting,flexibility and fairness.Therefore,the government should adapt to the development of labor market,establish flexible ideas,and make efforts to solve the problem from the construction of law systems,innovation of management and foundation of harmonious society. |
