| 摘 要： | ＂诺贝尔和平奖事件＂表明,在当代国际政治领域,影响力不断增长的人权国际非政府组织已经成为国际NGO事业发展中的活跃群体之一,其与主权国家政府以及其它政府间国际组织在国际人权事业发展上日益构建出复杂制衡关系。对人权国际非政府组织的多元认识了解也就成为中国政府从事经济社会文化建设上的一种客观参考需要。

| Abstract: | A report about one Chinese dissident who won the ＂Nobel Peace Prize＂ was controversially hot at home and abroad.Through the event the driving force behind it was partly evident from some International Non-governmental Organization of International Human rights,which have been playing pretty important roles in today＇s international political field,which have been cooperating and struggling with sovereign states for a time.So it is a must for sovereign states to know their positive negative functions which are concerning many sovereign events like the example in the new world situation. |
