| 摘 要： | 小漏洞存在大隐患,习惯性违章都是出在一些细节上的问题,从而导致事故的发生。习惯性违章为何屡禁不止,本文通过对操作员工的习惯性违章行为的调查,研究分析在习惯性违章行为发生时员工的心理状态等因素,从理论的角度阐述习惯性违章的特点和根源,提出预防习惯性违章的措施和对策,预防事故的发生。

| Abstract: | Big risks may be triggered by tiny loophole.Habitual peccancy is a detailed problem which results in the accidents.Why the acts of habitual peccancy do repeatedly happened？ Through the investigation of the habitual peccancy of the operation staff,the paper analyzes the psychological state of them when the habitual peccancy happens.The feature and source of habitual peccancy are explained from a theoretical angle and the prevention measures for the habitual peccancy and solutions are proposed to avoid the happening of accidents. |
