| 摘 要： | 软件框架是信息系统的基本构架，其规划设计在软件开发中占有重要地位。作为一种开发思路或模式，框架设计具有方法论和技术路线的指导意义，能为相关的开发设计人员提供借鉴和参考。文章首先分析了手工编制土地利用规划的基本特点，然后提出了一个土地利用规划信息系统的框架体系，并就其中的主要模块结构和功能进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Software frame is the basic truss of information system, its planning and design possess an important status in software development. As a sort of clue or mode of the development, the frame design, take on the guidance meaning in methodology and technical line. And it is able to supply reference for correlative development personnel. This paper has first analyzed the basic process of making land uses planning by handwork, then, put forward a frame system of land use planning information system, and finally expound for its modular structure and function. |
