| 摘 要： | 企业成长的源泉始终是企业成长理论研究的主题,近年来研究更加深入。本文回顾与分析了企业成长理论关于成长动力的研究,认为资源、能力、及知识是企业成长的动力与源泉,提出了企业应不断吸收、转换、创造知识,促进企业成长。

| Abstract: | The source of the growth of the firm is one of the main research subjects research on the theory of the growth of the firm. In recent years, further research is conducted.This paper reviews the research on the theory of firm growth, especially, the research on the engine of firm growth. We consider that resources, competence and knowledge are the engine and the source of firm growth, and put forward that the firm should absorb, convert and create knowledge to stimulate its growth. |
