摘    要:中央关注改善低收入者人群,提出“着力提高低收入者收入水平”的重大任务。完善最低工资制度不失为其突破口。目前对最低工资的认识有许多误区,制度也不够完善,贯彻执行不力,劳资争议甚多。研究最低工资理论及其制度建设成为亟待解决的问题。

Abstract:Our central government pays much attention to the people with low income, and goes its way to improve their wage level. To perfect the system of minimum wage can be a major breakthrough. At perfect, there are many problems about the minimum wage, such as incorrect knowledge of it, imperfect system, ineffective application, and too much labor-management disputes. Therefore, the research of the theory and construction of minimum wage system is urgent.
